What are your shipping options? We ship to all addresses in the United States with the following options:

- Free Shipping (7-14 business days): $0
- Free Standard Shipping (7-14 business days): $0
- Standard Shipping (7-14 business days): $10
Orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order is shipped. Delivery times are estimates and may be longer during peak seasons.
Do you offer free shipping? Yes, we offer Free Shipping (7-14 business days) on qualifying orders.
How long will it take to receive my order?

Do you ship internationally? Currently, we only ship within the United States (US Mainland). Shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, and APO/FPO may have additional charges.

What materials do you use? We use premium genuine leather, high-quality PU leather, and durable fabrics with strong hardware and linings.
Are your bags handmade? Many of our designs are carefully handcrafted or assembled with great attention to detail and quality control.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy? We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition, with all tags and packaging intact. Personalized or final sale items are non-returnable.
How do I return an item?
- Contact us with your order number.
- Ship the item back with tracking (buyer is responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective).
- Once received and inspected, we will process your refund within 5-10 business days.
What if my bag arrives damaged? Please contact us with clear photos within 48 hours of delivery. We will replace or refund the item at no extra cost.
Warranty All handbags come with a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects.
